Catacombs of Paris, Mud Flood Victims and Unidentified Dead. Reset?

I'm running a speed sheet for another thread here for population number. I'm killing off nearly everyone every 15-20years; half the kids and 90% adults. I can only come up with 60bn. I don't know where the 107bn number comes from.

Catacombs of Paris, Mud Flood Victims and Unidentified Dead. Reset?

Editing because I was almost asleep when I replied. Instead of writing, here is an image of the oldest building in France 51 rue de montmorency. 4 stories. If each person is allowed 134 sqft, how many people do you think are living in this building? Bldg=2500sqft(high...

200 years ago: same Population Questions

It looks like my number fall in line with a lot of other estimates. I was looking for the missing 1000yrs by trying to find where the official numbers varied from mine. Check out the link and look at 1AD to 1000AD. 0 population growth for 1000yrs is impossible. Linky. I was able to mimic the...

200 years ago: same Population Questions

The exercise is to figure out the puzzle of where everybody went. Math and statistics are usually fairly good at figuring things out. But no one has nailed this one; they merely say " this us how many we have, here is my guess about how that happened". As for knowing the population. They...

19th Century Noah's Arks: Whaleback Steamer Ships

"Mostly used in Canada great lakes region". Could it be that they were built to withstand a flood that was known to be coming (glacial dams). Then, once that have passed, the "passengers" started work digging out the cities? If so, they why lie and cover it up? Thats way more amazing than...

Question | 1913 Istanbul: Tram tracks installation or what?

This isn't installation. There is a guy with a pick axe; why dig out the dirt you just packed in to the tracks?. Also, look at the left track? What construction crew would pile 10 tons of rubble DIRECTLY in the path of the tracks they're laying? Then, at the bottom, who would fill in over the...
